Hillfield Gin

Made at the foot of the Surrey hills and crafted in small batches, Hillfield Gin is made just for us by The Gin Kitchen. A classic dry gin inspired by the flavours found in the local area, it's skillfully distilled with finesse and balance.
Featuring flavours of lemon zest, orris root, angelica, coriander, cubeb peppers, and cassia bark together with barberry bark from Surrey and stinging nettles from our very own kitchen garden. The gin is an exceptional base for cocktails or for a more traditional G&T we will serve it with a twist of lime and an aromatic dock leaf - grown right next to the nettles in the kitchen garden!
The Gin Kitchen
The Gin Kitchen are a multi award-winning distillery and cocktail bar based in the Surrey Hills. They are also big on being sustainable and have been carbon neutral since 2019. Gin Kitchen gins, including our very own Hillfield Gin, are rich and smooth neat. But with tonic, they shimmer as their deep vibrant palate takes centre stage.

Inspired by our location and surroundings, our gin has been carefully crafted in the Surrey Hills artisan distillery of the Gin Kitchen.
